Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, tomatoes, beef broth, and paprika. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
